We supply complete lines for baking all kinds of bakery and confectionery products. Bakery lines can start with flour management and end with finished product packaging. Bakery lines are designed primarily for medium- to large-scale production.

Bakery lines consist of flour management and dough mixing, proofing and ripening stations. Bakery lines also consist of a dough divider, a pre-proofer, various forming equipment, and a dough loader for the proofer. Dough goes from the proofer through the reloading conveyors, equipped with cutting, sprinkling or topping, to the tunnel furnace.
